Archives Centre - Large Meeting Room

Description

A large, well-equipped meeting room for hire in a pleasant, modern environment which offers facilities for conference, business and meeting needs. It seats up to 60 people (theatre style), 24 people (boardroom style), 40 (cabaret style), 60 (theatre style) or 75 people (no seating). Set-up can be tailored to your event, with equipment available to hire and light refreshments options available.

There are resources for presentations, facilities for disabled persons, toilets and more. The area is fully air-conditioned.

Refreshments Available upon request:

• Light refreshments (coffee, tea, biscuits and filtered water) £3.00 per serving plus VAT
• Light refreshments (fruit juice, bottled water) £3.00 per litre plus VAT

Please note that you can arrange for outside refreshments to be delivered, but if you use our crockery, a service charge or £1 per cup used will apply.
